Neil Beloufa was born in 1985 to Algerian and French family in Paris. He lives and works as a video and performance artist as well as a sculptor in Paris. He studied at the Acad脠mie des Beaux-Arts de Paris, at the Cooper Union in New York and at the California Instute of the Arts in Valencia, USA. His works have been presented in various international exhibitions and screened at festivals worldwide.
He has won several prizes for his film “Kempinski”, the work screened at the video lounge,
