ניקול רבמן נולדה ב 1974 בעיר נגולד בדרום גרמניה. היא למדה עבודה סוציאלית וניהול תרבותי בקלן, מאסטריכט ולונדון. רבמן עובדת במספר פסטיבלי סרטים ברחבי העולם, בינהם פסטיבל אוברהאוזן לסרטים קצרים, Stuttgart Filmwinter, Women’s Film Festival והברלינאלה שם היא אחראית לארגון אורחי הפסטיבל ובחירות התכנית. בפרוייקט שהקימה, פילם-און,היא אוצרת אירוע וידאו חודשי בעיר קלן הנע בין חללים שונים בעיר ולפעמים נוקט בגישה ובפעילות גרילה במרחבים ציבוריים שונים.

Nicole Rebmann was born in 1974 in Nagold (a small town in the South of Germany), she studied social work and cultural management in Cologne, Maastricht and London. She works for various festivals including the Short Film Festival Oberhausen, Stuttgart Filmwinter, Women’s Film Festival and the Berlinale where she is in charge either of guest coordination or the programme selection.
With film:on she created a regular short film night at the bar Stadt Venlo that likes to go on tour to other venues in Cologne or abroad or screens films open air in guerilla-like activities in public space.

She curated the ‘outside’ video lounge program for the festival.
